"North Texas Pool Remodeling"
Monty Davis of North Texas Pool Remodeling was hired to remodel my pool. Within one year I noticed the plaster cracking and could feel several soft hollow spots in the pool indicating that the plaster was not sticking. I had several conversations with Monty on this situation. At first he wanted me to contact the company that he hired to do the plastering and pay to have them make repairs. After he finally came out to see my pool in person and discovered how bad of a job it was, he suggested that he redo the entire plaster job and have me pay ½ of the expenses. He said this would fix the problem. I foolishly agreed. I now have paid $4220.00 on plastering and the plaster is once again not adhering to the pool. Now I will have to hire a reputable company to remove the two layers of plaster that Monty installed and have the pool re-plastered again. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Lots of money wasted and lots of inconvenience. Stay away from this company or you will be sorry like I am.
