"Poor Quality"
I have a 5 year old home constructed by The Builders’ Group. The house is having substantial wood rot around the windows, end caps and base trim. This should not happen on a 5 year old house. I contacted Terry Chynoweth and was told that Builders Group would not stand behind the house that they constructed only 5 years ago… Very sad if you ask me. Before you spend your hard earned money, think long and hard about the quality of your new home and the builder’s commitment to stand behind their product. I for one was very disappointed in The Builders’ Group…
