"John P Warr, DDS and His Abusive Collection Attempts"
This dentist and his staff thinks that its ok to send consumers who are not patients of his to collection agencies. for example, my sister's insurance did not cover her entire dental bill. When my mother was good enough to offer some help with the dental bill, the office assigned my sisters account to a collection agency in my mother's name! Now my elderly mother is being harassed constantly by an unethical collector for services that have nothing to do with her. I can't speak about the quality of dental services provided by John P Warr, DDS., but I CAN tell you that he and his staff have zero concerns or regard for collection laws and will do anything including violating the FDCPA to enforce payment.
