Patrick K, Thu, 15 Sep 2011 "Thanks for Caring My vehicle" ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() On Friday, 10-29-2010 at 3:30 pm, I went out to start my truck, battery dead. I got it going and hustled over to Jeffâs. The guys there checked my battery. Sure enough it was dead. They got busy and ordered a new battery and had it in less than 30 minutes. They installed the new battery, did another CCA check on the battery and I was on my way. Now doing this âemergency serviceâ late on a Friday I find to be excellent customer service. I have been taking my vehicles to Jeffâs for 5 years now and have had no after-the-fact problems with their service. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs. |

Lois R, Tue, 13 Sep 2011 "Perfectly Competent" ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My 2000 Honda Accord started vibrating badly on the highway and I knew something was wrong. For the past 25 years I have had my car serviced in Tucson by the same shop. But since moving to Green Valley this had become very difficult and inconvenient. So I took my car to Jeffâs and they immediately diagnosed the problemâ¦a split tire! They did a complete inspection of my car and found no other problems but recommend the rear struts and a bent rim be replaced along with installing new rear tires. Since I depend on my car to drive about 50 miles to work, I believe in taking good care of it and having it in safe condition. Dennis and Eddie made me feel confident to have my car repaired at Jeffâs. They coordinated the purchase of the right tires, the new rim and had the new struts installed the same day. The following day the tires arrived and were installed and I had my car back! From now on I will be taking my car to Jeffâs. Their competent and personalized service suits my needs perfectly. |

I do all the repair work on my car but the low power problem had persisted for 6 months. I had taken it to the Ford dealer two months ago but they did not fix the problem. Your ability to identify the problem as a dirty air mass flow sensor was impressive. Cleaning it instead of replacing it saved me some money. Thanks. |

I was skeptical at first taking my brand new cars to a non-dealer service facility. But after that one trip the fear disappeared. Every person I have dealt with at your firm has been polite and helpful. My last appointment, for example was for an oil and filter change. As always they immediately took my car back. Soon they called me back into the service bay as the technician could not find my special lug nut to unlock my chrome wheels (to rotate the tires). I greatly appreciate finding this out because if I were to have a flat without it I would be in a world of hurt. Also during this recent visit, the importance of maintaining accurate records to keep my manufacturer's warranty intact was explained to me. This is your busy time of year and even with that everyone in your firm has been friendly and helpful. Who needs the dealer service and their high prices and long waits? Thanks to your firm I can avoid the drive into Tucson. Thanks for your help. |

Dear Jeff, After 21 years of âbest of the westâ service and friendship, I wouldnât trust my vehicles to any other auto shop. Thank you for all of your help, companionship and expertise.
