1. What is PinBbud.com?

[site_name] is your web local marketplace for finding, researching and contacting services. Furthermore, we offer one of the most reliable and easy to use local search engines on the net.

2. How are we different?

a. We offer a real one stop shop experience for finding, researching and contacting the service companies customers look for. Our mass email function enables customers to send the same service request to multiple companies and thus eliminate many phone calls and messages back and forth. From contacted companies, only those that are available and interested will respond and provide quotes.
b. Very easy to use. We're firm believers in keeping it simple and in a no-nonsense approach. Most common services are grouped by categories and can be picked from drop down menus. From the home page, users are three clicks away from sending their request to up to ten selected companies.
c. Flexibility. We continuously look for adding new features and for ways to improve user’s experience.

3. Where are the companies listings from?

The companies database behind the search engine is a combination of [site_name] members and third party information available.

4. Where are the reviews from? Is [site_name] involved in the reviews and responses posting process?

Reviews are entered by registered members only. We only check them for insulting language, threats and hateful comments. We cannot guarantee accuracy of the reviews nor will we get involved in disputes between users and companies. We will not disclose to anyone the email address of the person(s) posting reviews.

5. Is [site_name] involved in contract negotiations or in complaint settlements between users and listed companies?

[site_name] only facilitates finding and getting in contact with a service company. We are not involved in any way in the negotiation and contracting process between a user and a company. Any complaint resulting from a service provided by a company selected and contacted through [site_name] should be taken directly to the service company considered at fault. All the information in the company presentation page is either from public domain or entered by that company.
