How it works

1. Local Search Engine!

User can search for home, auto or professional service companies by selecting the service from the drop down menu and entering the zip/postal code. Results are listed in order of distance from your postal code and pinned on the map. Users can filter companies by keywords and / or by reviews ranking. Listing for each company contains address, phone number, short description, web page and link to discounts and coupons. Level of detail available depends on the information entered by each company.

2. Research!

Clicking on a company name brings up their presentation page on PinBud.com where, depending on company’s level of membership, users can find more detailed information, reviews from other customers, discounts, flyers and coupons, examples of completed work and driving directions. The listing page provides a link to the Better Business Bureau for checking companies for existing resolved and unresolved complaints.

3. Contact!

From the search results listing page, signed-in users can contact selected companies by email for more information. Companies can reply by phone or email or through PinBud.com. You can get multiple quotes without trying to call and explain the job to every single company. Eliminates phone tagging and gives everybody the liberty to respond at their most convenient times.

4. Review!

Everybody knows how important word of mouth is for finding the right service providers. There are many reviews web pages but only PinBud.com incorporates this function with all the others for a complete service. We offer an easy-to-use review posting template including a star ranking system. Only registered users can post reviews. Subscribing companies can respond to reviews. All reviews and responses are checked before being posted for insulting language, threats and hateful comments.
