ONLINE BUSINESS PROFILE

• Preferred listing position - You will be listed and sorted on top of non-member listings.
• Business listing contact info - Publish your business name, full address or zip code only, phone number, cell number, fax number, and contact person name and position. Your email address is not shown in order to block spam.
• Detailed presentation - Add logo, business slogan, a short description of up to 150 characters, and a long description of up to 1400 characters.
• Provided services - Indicate services you offer, up to 10 categories. You must assign at least one service category from our list in order to activate your listing.
• Keywords - Assign up to 10 business keywords describing certain aspects and strengths of your business that distinguish it from other listings. Users will click on keywords to filter search results and to select service providers.
• Link to your website (no-follow) - Your link appears as "website", not active for search engines.
• PinBud web address - If you don't have a website, you may designate your PinBud page as your own website address (appears as "www.pinbud.com/123456/" with your own unique PinBud number)
• Working hours - Indicate your general availability.
• Service area - Indicate your mobility to perform services, expressed as a distance from own location. Zero mobility indicates that you only perform services at your business address.
• Alternate business name - Publish a trade name different than company name (doing business as...) if you have one. Your listing will show up in search results when users search for your alternate name.
• Portfolio (add pictures) - Upload and showcase your work portfolios with photos and explanations.
• Promotions and discounts - Publish coupon codes, show exclusive discounts, or upload flyers or brochures for your prospective customers.
• Consumer reviews - Users will write consumer reviews and rate your business. Reviews will only be published upon approval if they meet minimum standards.
• Respond to reviews - You will be able to respond to negative or positive consumer reviews. Other users will also rate consumer reviews, penalizing poorly written and unfair reviews while promoting informative, factual reviews.
• User preferred business - Users will add your listing to their account as their preferred service provider.

EMAIL SERVICE REQUESTS

• Receive service requests from prospective customers by email - Users will be able to select your business and add it to a service request form. You will receive an email detailing the service request. The number of service requests that you may receive from PinBud users is unlimited. PinBud does not charge any transaction fees or job commissions.
• Respond to service requests - Respond to user requests and bid on jobs directly by phone, by email, or through your PinBud account, depending on user's preferred contact method. PinBud is not involved in the negotiation process.

GOLD ACCOUNT FEATURES

• Top listing position - You will be listed and sorted on top of non-member and BASIC listings.
• Preferred service provider - When users send a service request to a single BASIC listing directly from that listing page, PinBud will suggest adding your business to the service request.
• Ads-free presentation page - Your PinBud profile will never display Google ads or ads from other advertisers.
• Link to your website (do-follow) - Your link appears as “website”, not active for search engines; however, GOLD accounts’ links are do-follow - see enhanced features
• $25 Google AdWords mini-campaign for your PinBud page - Online advertising included in your paid annual membership plan. Campaign will only be activated upon payment (not available for free trials) and will target the most influential 3 keywords defining your services.
• $10 donation to your preferred charity - We will make a $10 donation to your preferred charity as selected from a list of organizations enrolled in the PinBud Charity Program. Donation will only be made upon payment for your account (not available for free trials).
• Social Marketing - Your business listing will be promoted on PinBud's Twitter Feed and Facebook page.
• Best rated business - Best rated Gold subscribers will be promoted online and featured on PinBud's home page.
• Business Rockstar - Your business will be featured on PinBud's home page by rotation, increasing your listing exposure to users from your area.
• Master accounts ** - Companies with multiple locations can open sub-listings at a reduced rate.
• Verified and recommended by PinBud ** - Optional program managed by PinBud Admin that assigns a 'Business Verified Seal' to your listing after you pass minimum requirements such as verifying your business address and phone numbers and checking business credentials such as insurance, professional licenses and memberships.
